What's the difference between SOD123 package and SOD123FL package of surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier


WEET SOD123 package is "Haiou" terminal, the lead comes out from the middle of the body.


The WEET SOD123FL package is flat footed and leads come out from the bottom of the base.

 

These two kinds of packaging pads have the same location but different production processes. SOD123 package is usually used in the production of voltage regulator golden wire. SOD123FL package is often used in the frame process of small volume and large current Schottky. The two are different in terms of production efficiency and price. There are different applications in voltage regulators, which belong to low power devices.
